We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- The item may be damaged during transit.
- There might be a manufacturing defect.
- A wrong item might have been delivered to you by mistake.
- The item you received is not as described on the site.
In each of these cases a refund or replacement will be generated in 10-15 days. Just mail us withing 24 hrs of delivery with respective photographs (wrong product, damaged product, defective product) of products @ firstname.lastname@example.org. Your refund amount will be credited into your The Pehnava account as credit note in form of discount coupon instantly as we receive the returned item. But if you go for refund in your credit card/debit card/bank account, the refund will be made in next 7-14 working days without any question asked and without any deduction. We will express ship a replacement item at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you if you want an exchange. If a replacement of the originally ordered item is no longer possible, you will have the option to select an alternate item which will be express shipped to you. If you choose not to select an alternate item, we will refund you in full with no deduction whatsoever.
If the order is same as described on website and not defective or damaged or wrong product, but still you didn’t like the product, a logistic & handling charge will be deducted from your order amount and will be refunded as your Their Pehnava credit in form of discount coupon only after receiving the returned item. Deduction amount will be calculated by the concerned team and The Pehnava reserved all the rights.
How to return the item
It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. Item should be returned in original packing. The reverse pick-up will be arranged by The Pehnava. After the approval of return, an invoice & packaging label will be emailed to your registered email ID with returning guidelines and the pickup will be done from your doorstep in next couple of days. The return will be closed within 15 days from the day we receive the item(s) to be returned.
Kindly follow the below mentioned steps when during Returns:
- Place the item in its original packaging
- Aattach the original invoice inside the package.
- Seal the package properly
- Use correct packaging label on the packet
Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.
